John:

John is the founder of Allstate Home Improvement Services. John began his career as an investor in flip properties in 1990. He gained valuable experience in both contracting, financing, and project management. Family and friends in the Long Island Community valued John’s expertise and asked John to consult on their home improvement projects. Word spread quickly about John’s dedicated partners and quality products. John realized that the contracting industry needed a white collar approach to keep homeowners informed and happy. He formed AllState Home Improvement on the pillars of integrity, attention to detail, and open client communication. The goal was and still is to provide exceptional craftsmanship coupled with experts project management. In addition to being the owner, John also serves as Senior Field Representative, meeting with homeowners to discuss their home remodeling needs and offering professional, affordable solutions.

Alex:

Alex is John’s half brother and partner in All State Home Improvement. Alex’s father was a single dad and tragically passed when Alex was 12. John being 20 years older than Alex took him in and put him to work on weekends and summers teaching him various trades within the home improvement industry. John mentored Alex throughout his adolescent days, keeping him out of trouble. Today Alex and John work together as partners to bring the highest quality service to the Long Island community. Alex grew up during the internet and social media boom. His knowledge and understanding of the current internet and social platforms have been and will continue to be instrumental towards ASHI’s growth and brand awareness. The brothers collaborated effort truly makes ASHI a family owned business!
